Great Italian food - at least as far as I can tell not being Italian - and very tasty thin crust pizza. All freshly prepared, portions are enough for a hungry man :)
Food was great but the waitress went on and on about how to ask for bread to get it free and then never brought it

If you select the right tables you can see them hand tossing the pizza dough.
This is my favorite pizza EVER! This is the first place I had "wood-fired" pizza. I get a double pepperoni, basil, FRESH mozzarella with a delicious tomato sauce. I am drooling just thinking about it! My friend gets a Calzone which is also soooo delicious. The Calzone sauce is the best sauce EVER. It is slightly sweet and spicy. AWESOME!...

At La Piazza Al Forno, we use the same methods and ingredients, from San Marzano Tomatoes and Double "00" Flour for our homemade dough, and House Made Mozzarella on every Pizza prepared and baked to order in our wood fired brick oven. So that being said, while the square, round, extra thick or stuffed dough may be what you're used to, it's just not Pizza.
