Won't pick up a car for over 3 weeks

John's has been telling me for three weeks they would pick up a scap car. First I heard they would be there tommorrow three or four times, then they can't reach thier towtruck driver. Then the tow truck was broken. Now they answer the phone and tell me they are closed. I would stay away from this shop due to thier lying and scheduling pick up appointments and not showing up.
