Agree with Tracy - hire at your own risk. We hired them to install new smoke detectors in our rental condo, but they didn't even know what the code was. I'm not going to go into detail, however I'll say this: I called J & K to change a lock on my business, not happy at all with the result. I would recommend asking upfront exactly what they're going to do before you let them do it.

I called to change some locks. When the guy came out I was uneasy. He told me that I had to change all of my locks and then charged me $545.

I'll never use this disgusting company again!
