Called J&W Plumbing today to see when I could get them to come out to install a gas heater in our rent house. Was overjoyed that the gentleman offered to come out this afternoon and install it. Very fast service and courteous. Discovered I had major leak in my back yard. This was around 4 in the evening, work done around 5. Thank you very much.

Had a minor furnace problem. Called J&W and their response was very timely. Their service call cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Just had a brand new sewer line installed for my washer and kitchen sink. All the guys were extremely polite and let me know when they were here and when they were leaving for the day. The work was done well and quickly. I cannot say enough how great these guys were!

If anyone in Lubbock ever needs HVAC or plumbing work I cannot recommend J&W Plumbing more highly. These guys are honest, fair and they completely installed a new HVAC system for me on a Saturday in about 3 hours time. I love these guys they are super heroes in my book.
