The owner/manager of this company is the most unprofessional business person I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service I have ever received. In fact, I did not receive service at all. I bought a Group Buy coupon on Fox 5, scheduled an appointment (before I bought the coupon) and they never showed. They claim they showed up and there was someone in my unit and therefore could not clean....

Rick wasn't able to get pet smells out of the carpet in a rental unit. He came back to try several methods and didn't charge me what he should have. I ended up having him replace the carpet. He did a great job on installing new carpet and pads.

did exelent job was impressed--no hanging aroud--in and out--left a few heavy spots, they did come out better though, that were really ground in but very pleased with their work--i would call them back if i need more work----kip
