Stay far away from this doctor especially if you have a work related injury! He will give a letter to release you from all doctor care without even checking you or xrays. This is what he did to my husband and my husband has 2 fractures in his shoulder and may have a torn rotator cuff and need surgery. I would not recommend him to anyone.
