Century restaurant is a restaurant with really good food. It is a culinary training school, which usually means your food is cooked near perfection every time. The only complaint I had really was the wine recommendation for our food pairing, which personally I didn't enjoy.

Regarding getting seats, I definitely recommend making a reservation beforehand. We saw quite a few people turned away...
