Great hotel for the money. Excellent location next to the Salt Palace conference center. Rooms a bit old and worn out, but clean and everything functional. Shuttle service to airport works well and free wireless makes it an excellent choice for a business trip in downtown Salt Lake City. Free breakfast is a nice added bonus.

No. The customer service disappointed me. No staff people were helpful or intelligent. I believe it is overpriced for what you get. No, and I would not recommend this hotel to other people.

The employees were nice except I had to talk to someone 5 times to finally get a crib, blanket and sheet. The pool, gym and food were good. But, the beds and pillows were highly uncomfortable and the bedding smelled bad.

Most of the staff was friendly, one or two could have smiled more. The room was clean and fresh. Hot water was not always available. The hotel is really convenient to the Salt Palace. The location is excellent. The facilities are older but a good value for the price I paid through Skoosh. The beds were sleepable but not pillow top. The outside evening lights interfered with the TV, but they did turn them off when I asked them to. They have a computer room with free on line use which is a real plus in my mind. A good value for the money.
