Shuttle service to airport is available. Loved the hotel just didn't like the fact I was tricked into using Expedia. The number I called was supposed to be the hotel. Didn't know it was E pediatric until I got the receipt. Why deceive someone to use your service if your company was a good one then you would say who you were. No tricks. I was told wrong info about location, so I ended up paying for another room in another area in Charlotte, NC to be closer to my destiny, and wasted my money. Was a big confession about the location and I lost a nights fee because of it at another Holiday inn off Hwy 74 for 1/2/15.

We had an automatically guaranteed late check in due to a night flight and after the disaster of traveling with Delta and flying for almost 24 hours straight, it was a huge relief to finally get to this lovely hotel and have a good meal at the bar and a hot shower before bed. Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in in many years. My room was lovely & very clean, and both the front desk & shuttle staff were intelligent, efficient and very friendly. I will definitely book a room here next time I'm here on business. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone & everyone.
