so i'm just a small potato tryin to defend against a tiny suit. figure i'll go w/ these guys cause hoge fen has a good name. unfortunately, unless you spend lots of money w/ them, they wont fight hard for you. they'll even rush you to a crappy settlement just to close their files. the legal fees cost more than what they woulda saved for us. in the end we had to fire them, hire someone else and saved a good 20%. thanks for nothing guys. when i called and asked them why they couldnt do any better, they were upset, gave me a vague unsatisfactory answer because they had to defend their subpar...
when i first stumbled upon him, i thought 'wow i'm in good hands, this guy has great creds, head of litigation group and partner of a good firm' i shoulda known better for i'm just a small fish in the pond. why would this big shot care much for the little guy? i knew it was suspect when he asked that i pay them a fair sum of money after the initial consultation even tho initial consultations are supposed to be free. here's a top lawyer makin couple hundred bucks an hour, and he wants money for the 'free consultation'??? shame on me for not smelling greed. unfortunately, unless you spend...
