As in most of the mis informed people responding to this. YOU have it all wrong. Read the court docs! The person that is doing the animals harm is the CEO of SPCA Courtney Thomas, for marketing a name and spending donor dollars when SHE knew it was not her's to market! That is a arrogant mis use of donor dollars! You should be ashamed of yourself for not knowing the facts and pointing...

Dr. Sandler should be ashamed herself, in that she has brought a lawsuit against the Heartland SPCA for bearing a similar name to her vet clinic. Now the SPCA needs to spend thousands of dollars to change their name, incl. marketing, making new advertising materials, etc...and this is money that is being taken away from the animals that need it the most. Dr. Sandler is a disgusting hypocritical excuse for a human who obviously does not care about animals. I hope she loses her business over this matter.
