We were put off for months on our quote. When calling for quote, it was always told that it would be faxed to us by 5:00 pm, or that day, or by Friday and it never comes. This information was coming from the owner and our quote was never received. Pressure them from the get go, and don't let them drag you along and waste time at your expense. Set a deadline for a quote and if you don't receive it, move on to the next sign company.
