I went in the have synthetic hair extensions to fill in some thin areas and add a little length. I paid close to $400.00 and the results were terrible. The OWNER put in way too long pieces (about 26"") which were way too sparse and it looked like little sticks coming out the back of my head. I called the shop when I got home and got a good look at the horrible mess she made of my hair and she was not willing to do anything other than have me come in and have one of her STAFF ""look"" at it. The staff were very apologetic and nice, but the OWNER would not fix my hair without charging me...
