Have had good and bad experiences. Recent BAD experience with customer service: apparently a $10 off coupon wouldn't work since soil was 3 for $11. Personnel argued with me...that happened before as well when a shrub didn't have a price tag. Have noticed many times that clerks seem pretty rude. I go elsewhere whenever possible due to poor customer service.

After standing in line for 6 people in each, the checker said I had the wrong potting soil. You can't find a better local garden resource in the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County or Santa Clarita.The staff absolutely "aims to please" and is knowledgeable. Bring your plant "wish list" with you.
