We landed in Seattle on Christmas; one of our concerns was - "would there be any restaurants open on Christmas", upon getting to chinatown, there was a plethora of places open, and one of them was Fu Lin.

Delicious Japanese style ramen! The tonkotsu ramen with gyoza was especially good. Service was fast and friendly. Will return on our next trip to Seattle!

Unbelievably good. We are on vacation from Indianapolis and weren't sure where to eat at in Chinatown. Fu Lin is amazing and extremely affordable.

Fu Lin (ramen pictured, right) has signs that scream ramen throughout the restaurant, but regardless of the many varieties offered, the broths are weak and the noodles are cooked too soft. ($6-8)
