Bringing life back to a true gem is the best way to describe what Sterling Golf has been doing at this beautiful inner city golf course. ""Four!!!!!! Thumbs up!""

If I had four thumbs they would all be up for the best golfing area in the city of Boston. The grass is freshly cut and always neat. The land is spacious and the view ""is by far"" an excellent one. If you don't golf it is ok, because you can always go for a walk or jog around the golfing area or even have a pinic. Great atmosphere and an excellent place to take the kids.

Pros

+ Spacious, Scenic

Cons

- No Parking

This 527-acre park is among the largest open spaces in Boston. It is part of the Frederick Law Olmsted's Emerald Necklace of parks. The park has miles of walking paths, a cross country course, tennis courts, baseball fields and, oddly, stone ruins. It is also home to an 18-hole public golf course and the Franklin Park Zoo. Here is an interactive map of the park's many features.
