My husband was stop driving a rental car, which drugs were found in. My husband was facing 10 year. Thanks to Joffe my husband was acquitted of a 10 year senentence in federal court. I would like to express my appreciation to Mr Joffe for a case that I was involved in. I was stopped while driving a rental car. A stop, search and seizure was caught on law enforcement video. David J. Joffe was able to prove that large quantity of powder and crack cocaine was left in the car by a previous rental driver.
