The most horrible staff ever, its like they don't want to help you
I purchased two pair of glasses at the beginning of the year. I had my eyes rechecked 3 months later and found out the prescription was not correct. I generally wear contacts and only wear glasses at home.Chris at For Eyes was able to help me replace the lens under the warranty. Got the new glasses back within a week. Great customer service - immediate greet, knowledgable and efficient.
