Dr. Garr is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. She is friendly, professional, and explains what is going on with your eyes in a very easy to understand manner. I have seen Optometrists in CA, NYC, and now DC and would definitely say she makes the experience bearable.
Dr. Garr is fantastic. She's friendly and efficient and I've gotten in to see her quickly when I've had problems. The staff is courteous and efficient as well and I've never spent more than a few minutes in the waiting room. I would highly recommend Dr. Garr to anyone!
