purchased double oven stove and refrigerator 2/2010...right after ovens were installed noticed there was fibers between panes in glass in oven door. had a guy come out, scary guy he couldn't fix it i had him leave they sent another guy out and he didn't do any improvement, finally gave up and lived w/it. now the refrigerator is broke....it is less than 3 yrs old, Christmas time and no frig....

I had a problem with the dishwasher I bought at Factory Direct. The service man was at my house the next day, and he had to order parts that would take a few days to get here. Someone called me within 5 minutes of the service man leaving the house and offered to exchange the dishwasher with a new one. I accepted, and my new dishwasher was installed the same day!!!!!
