I went in there on a saturday during prom season I guess to look at bridal gowns ..I was immediately greeted by a nice sales associate... I started browsing through a good selection of gowns priced from $600 to $1000... I found 3 or 4 to try on and then I think the owner/manager greeted me..she looked busy and said that I could only try 2 dresses on and had to wait 30 mins to do so because of other appts..so I waited and had to ask for their bridal magazines to look through...the dressing rooms were extremely small and only one mirror to look in..the associate who helped was very nice but didn't know much about the gowns, alterations, ordering etc... After I was done, I had to go up to where the manager was at the register to ask to make an appt because they didn't have enough time to let me try on a 3rd gown... She said the appts are only 2pm or 3pm during the day...& there was none available on the thursday I wanted...i also had to ask for a business card...and stand in line...she didn't ask anything about me, didn't care..I felt very rushed, not important because I was buying a prom or quincianera dress...
Overall, I'm not going back to that store to pay those prices for that kind of service...if the dresses were cheaper I could maybe do with out service but if I'm going to spend $1000 & more I want to be treated good... Don't waste your time here...you can go to Alfred Angelos or davids bridal where they have knowledgable staff, great customer service & prices...
I love this place. I always have the best experiences here. I've been going here for the last three years and enjoy it everytime. It's always exactly what I ask for and the best prices. She always give me a great deals. I've gotten 3 prom dresses. Party dresses, wedding dresses, tuxs.. I love them. Amazing place! Definitely would recommend it!
They have the beautiful dresses in town. I had a good time by just looking around.
This is the WORST expirience I ever had trying to buy a dress for a wedding!! This store doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion. I found the store here in the yellow pages and then regreted ever stepping foot in this place, our whole wedding party had a bad expirience. The owner named Cecy is not professional at all and all she does is tell lies after lies. When we first placed our orders...
They are lazy with appointment times and money hungry.if they mess up there are no refunds actually there are never refunds. The alterations are terrible and you have to back and forth for a week or more to get them done right. I was stunned and hope the economy eats them alive.
BEWARE The girls don't know how to measure. You have to make extra trips just for there mistakes and I'm still waiting for my son's dress shoes we rented. You call them and they scream at you for mistakes they do. BEWARE. Had to give one star to continue with review they deserve 0 stars
