Very unsatisfactory experience. Dr was inexperienced and refused to provide me with anything to calm me. Previously I have been given nitrous oxide because I have a very intense fear of the dentist chair! Also, I called on Monday and explained that I was having a lot of pain and they wouldn't see me until Thursday!

Lori was very nice on the phone and super nice when I met her in person. She made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very nice, and didn't rush me. He explained everything in detail and answered my questions. The hygienist didn't lecture me because I didn't floss, but she inspired me to floss more-and I've been good about it! Thanks April.
