The hotel was fine and the staff helpful. The bed was rather firm, but I compensated by folding up a thick cover on the bed to sleep on and using the top decorative cover as a blanket. I was dissapointed that my request for a non-smoking room preference was not available. But the room turned out to be very well cleaned and ionized and I could not tell that it was a "smoking room".
In general this was a good hotel experience. Staff was polite and efficent, room was clean and well kept. Only reason I score then a 4/5 is because we requested a King Bed and were placed in a two double bed room.
Great people, will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. nice hotel, the rooms are lovely, beds are comfortable with good pillows. The entertainment in the rest/bar was good and the evening was lively.
This was an average hotel very well located in the heart of the honky-tonk district and waterfront. The staff was super friendly. Warm oatmeal chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very comfy beds/pillows. Nice towels. Big TV. Very good breakfast buffet (not included) - southern style with biscuits and sausage gravy and grits, but also assorted smoothies, oatmeal, tons of fruit...good...
I was extremely pleased with the Doubletree Nashville. Their customer service at the front desk was top-notch. The complimentary wifi and snacks were a great perk. Love the convenience of a Starbucks in the lobby. Centrally located to everything - we could walk to all the sites! Would definitely stay again!
