Had an absolute awful install job. Huge gaps along the baseboard, cracked the drywall while jamming the carpet down the stairs, just a nightmare. Worse yet was the customer service & sales team. Beyond unacceptable. Sent the same bad installers to fix their awful job. They went into our storage area and cut little strips of the leftover piece of carpet, slapped some glue on it and patched up some (not all) of the gaps. Really?!?! Are you kidding me?!?!

Terrible customer service. Installed TWICE and still not right. Overpriced and installers are awful.
