Del Coronado Motors accepted my down payment for a car. When the loan did not go through, they kept my money, and told me in order to get it back I would have to file a civil lawsuit. They also called the police to retrieve vehicle. They lied to the finanance company, and were caught. In return they kept my downpayment.
