After talking with a person for a half an hour on the phone trying to get a replacement mat for our trampoline, I thought we'd found the place to buy. So I drove about 15 miles to the place, just to be thwarted by their person behind the counter. He told me I had to bring the mat down there, something they didn't even mention on the phone.
