I have been going to court street jewelry and loan for years they have always treated me right if was a loan i needed or something i wanted to buy they would always try there hardest to give you the best deals around and believe me i have bought allot of items from them and i always walked away with a smile!!!!

The Pawn Contract lasts 4 months. At the end of the contract the Pawnbroker has 30 days to notify the owner. IF the Pawnbroker does not send a notice THEN they have to send a registered letter within 10 days of the END of the 30 days.

IF you moved or had an incorrect address they are not responsible to hunt you down.

This pawn shop is dishonest! I took in an item to be pawned and when the due date came around they never sent a 10 day notice, which is illegal I'm told. I had misplaced my pawn slip but was sure that this shop was honest and would send out notices when due and they did not. I am not the only person this shop has done this to either. I personally know of three people who weren't sent notices. In these hard economic times we sometimes have to utilize businesses of this nature but never will I ever use them again nor will any of my friends.

New stuff too!

I was surprised to find new stuff in a pawn shop. I had never gone to one before and needed some bill money and went there on my break. The people were nice and didn't ask why I needed the money or anything. Next time I come back I'll be shopping for sure.
