I actually went into this bank as a secret shopper and they definitely did not pass. I would never bank here after the experience I had.No one greeted me...

I went here when I was downtown Kansas City. If you can try to avoid going between 11:30-12:30 when it is the most busy with the business crowd. I got a steak sandwich and fries, and was very satisfied.
