I went to Ralph to have a transmission leak fix. (HE) broke my motorblock & my plastin motor guard is GONE. Ralph change the oil that did not need changed since I had it done two mouth before. Ralph overfilled the oil and when I went to have the excess drained the oil was BLACK. .Ralph cost me money and FREEDOM since he had my car a total of 77 days over a 10 month period. Ralph stritmatter is a lier and a thief. Keeps vehicle way to long for simple stuff. Charges twice for the same thing repaired. I am now having to pay another mechanic to correct things i paid this shop to do. The final straw was when they left a part off that effected my steering.
