Went in today, a Friday afternoon, and didn't have all my paperwork ready to submit. The woman behind the counter helped me with the process and got my 2 year old a sucker to entertain her while I finished. Seriously the best experience I've ever had at any public health office! Thanks Vancouver Public Health!
