I love my apartment! I live right on the Milwaukee River and have so much close to me, I barely use my car, even though I have a garage parking spot. Knowing that I don't have to fight for a parking space on the busy streets is awesome.

There is no way to be disappointed here. All of the layouts are unique and spacious. The exposed cream City brick and very high cealings give all the rooms a very cool vibe.
The location is amazing as well. Right off the river walk and in the center of downtown. Everything you need is within walking distance.

I've lived in this building for a year, WITH the new managment and I've got to say this is the worst experience! The managment plays favorites, the maitenance is lazy, and the two buildings are EXTREMELY over priced. I had to call the cops on my neighbors and they're extremely rude! If you have a brain in your body, use it and take your money and your belongings somewhere else! There are plenty...
The Leasing staff is a bunch of fat ------- that must have a combined IQ of 120. This was the second and last attempt of mine to apply for an apartment here. I do not recommend the CHS solely based on the fact that if they treat you like a piece of trash without even signing a contract. Good luck fellow apartment hunters, and may you steer clear of Dominium apartments.
