Stay away... My daugther moved into an corp apartment " timber ridge" and was told new flooring would be tile, new capret and padding all for 1200.00 when she got the bill it was 1700.00 and no tile had been laid. The carpet is so cheap you can already see bare spots in places. They also put in cheap linoleum that is already coming up in the bathroom. The floor was put in less than 3 months...
