Run from this place, they have no idea what they're doing

When I was looking for a bank, I was looking for free services for a small checking business account. They do have that, but the service I found there was the worst I've ever seen. From the get go, I was told miss information that caused me to bounce several checks, even though the funds were available in my account. Weeks after they told me I had the correct documentation to open the account, they call me to tell they need more information and that services like the debit visa card and online bill pay have been delayed.
