Chase branches in TriBeCa/FiDi are like an out-of-control rash--it's everywhere. I wouldn't necessarily call this the worst branch but, with a far better branch just a few doors away at 253 Broadway, it's somewhat superfluous. This is THE worst Chase bank in the city. The customer service is non-existent. Before the crash of '08, they were Washington Mutual and they were OK....
