My daughter has lived in The Collegiate Apartments on 515 N. Lake St. for the past 2 years. The landlord and staff are very friendly and helpful. Never a problem to get anything fixed. Security is very good and it is a great location! Close to campus, State street and the capitol! I would highly recommend these apartments for your college student!

Absolutely awful place to live. Owner is never there, and when he is, he is too busy to even listen to you if you have a problem. The employee the owner has to man the desk in the reception is unapproachable, unhelpful, arrogant, doesn't really give you the time of day.
