I have been a patient of Dr. Bronke since I was in high school. She has a great bedside manner and everything is handled so well. I now drive over 35 miles, one way, for my appointments. My husband also goes to her, and we bring both of our young children.
I have never had a problem with bills. I have had a crown put on a tooth and I also have a nighttime mouth guard. I was given an estimate for both services that was very accurate to the actual cost. I have also had dental caries repaired with no problems in billing. I have never had a problem setting up a payment plan with the office either. My husband is currently out of work (and we do not have insurance). We have been able to work payments with the office so that we haven't had to stop seeing the dentist.
I have always felt that the all dental work was done excellently. Tooth colored is matched so well I cannot tell you what is tooth and what is filling. They took plenty of time to fit my crown properly. If something feels funny afterward they are more than happy to work with me until it feels right.
We take both of our young children to see Dr. Bronke and her staff. Our oldest son has Sensory Processing Disorder and the staff has been very patient with him. He was very difficult at first and there was never an unkind word or anything that indicated they didn't want to treat him. My younger son, who just turned 3, went into the hygiene room alone today for his cleaning. He was mad that he didn't get to go first!
I went to Dr Bronke because I heard she was the best dentist in La Grange (where I work).
