Dan helped me step through the confusing process of closing on the sale of my home and did so with causing me extra fees or holdups from the other involved parties. Furthermore, he was quick to personally answer my calls and even followed up after the sale ! Would definitely recommend to a fellow Islander !
Daniel was my lawyer a month ago when I sold a home and purchased another one. He is top notch. He made the whole process seem simple. It was very comforting to have such a professional attorney in my corner.
This attorney will bait you in with low prices for real estate representation, but he will NEVER return your calls. The office people never return calls either. They lie to you about him being out of the office at closings all day and promise a call back from him, which never happens. My seller's attorney sent contracts to them nearly two weeks ago, Daniel Byrnes, who agreed to look them over for free, never got back to me about the contracts. Whenever I call, he's unavailable. His receptionist Angela, continuously lies about his whereabouts. Finally, I got fed up and just asked if I could come to pick up the contracts my seller's attorney faxed to them for the purpose of finding a new attorney who will represent me, and now they're telling me they can't find them. SMDH!
