False advertising

Advertise cars on their website and on their lot that are admittedly "teasers" by salesman "Roy", tried to purchase one of these teasers and they (owner, Tony and salesmen, Roy & Chuy) kept raising the bar, when I did agree I was told that this vehicle was to go back to the wholesaler and was not available. Sad thing is we've been a customer for 2 yrs and never missed a payment, and got treated this way. If you are desperate and don't mind a car with 120+K miles and dings and dents, this is this place for you. The nice ones with low miles are just props.

I have been a happy customer of Bueno Used Cars for many years. Both my husband and I have purchased several cars from Bueno and have always received the best service each time. The staff are very friendly and they have a great selection of used cars. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Bueno Used Cars in the future..
