I only go to Buckingham Pavilion when I visit my friend, who is a resident there, once a week. I can't say that I know all the intricacies that go on there but what I do know is that my friend is consistently happy there. She raves about the programs and loves the caregivers assigned to her. As long as she's happy I'm happy. Isn't that all that counts?
As far as what I have observed, the staff there is professional and attends to my friend in a caring way. The residents there are friendly and the food there is very good.
I'm pleased with the operation going on at Buckingham Pavilion and would recommend it to anyone who needs their services.

My father was a resident at this facilty for a few months. He needed rehab after he had a fall. Buckingham Pavilion provided us with excellent care. The staff was very helpful and always catered to any of my father's needs. My father enjoyed his stay at the facilty. The food was always well prepared and the activites were fun to participate in.
