do not put your loved one there

my mother is there and every time we went her feet were wrapped in the boots, well they never told us she had gangrene of the feet until it had ate one leg. none of the staff seem to be cohesive and work together. not a good place

AWFUL!!!! Openlist

This is by far the absolute worst care facility I have ever in my life encountered. The resident patients are treated in a nonsensical manner, given no hope and no rehabilitation opportunities, little if any...

For being a city runned facility, with pt with no fundings, it is a good facility and their Rehab is very good. Very good physical therapy people.
