Bistro 300 Restaurant Review

Bistro 300 is spacious in all senses of the word with the bar and lounge’s mezzanine setting overlooking the open multi-storied Hyatt Regency atrium. The stone-studded pond runs the length of the restaurant; its concrete islands with shoji screen lamps and wood sculptures would make Frank Lloyd Wright smile. The restaurant ceiling rises way up to the heavens, at least three hotel floors where...

Upscale hotel's comfortable rooms and modern business facilities appeal to both business and leisure travelers.

In a city where lots of restaurants have good views, this one tops them all, literally. Overlooking the Inner Harbor, Camden Yards, and the downtown skyline, this rooftop restaurant spreads the city out before you. The interior is sleek and modern while the menu features mostly seafood prepared with creative sauces and seasonings. The well-spaced tables offer a pleasantly intimate dining...

The service was outstanding, and our servers were super friendly! We ate there twice for dinner and twice for breakfast. Servers remembered us, seemed glad to see us, even remembered what we ordered and how we like it cooked! The food was fresh and good, but the best part of our experience was the friendliness, and the excellent service. Our servers included AJ, Penny, Said, and Giovanna!

Very nice ambiance with friendly staff from the moment we were greeted and seated. Only problem we had was the wait time for our food which was approximately 45 minutes and this is not good when the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Can’t imagine how long it would take if it was crowded

A nice open space for lunch with an indoor fountain next to it. The food was kind of bland. I had a crab cake sandwich which was noted as good in other reviews. It doesn't shine as a great crab cake for a Baltimore native, but it's fine. After going, I don't feel the need to go back there again as there was nothing really interesting about the place or the food. It's a simple hotel restaurant.

Nice beautiful restaurant! Food was very tasty. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Need to update times of closure with opentable so that reservations are not placed at that time.
