I've been in line for 40 mins. When I arrived there was one teller and there was a line of 4 ahead of me. I'm all for having patience but, this is ridiculous when you only have an hour lunch.

Terrible! Stay away. 1 teller mid-day about 15 people in line. They need more tellers and better customer service, great thing I bank with Chase but needed to run a "quick" errand for someone. Now...

This bank never has an adequate amount of reps per guests waiting. I can only imagine how much rent BofA corporate pays for all the wasted space in here. Not like it used to be, that's for sure....

Been at this Bank of America for 30 minutes in line that has served 3 ppl in that time. Only 2 tellers on at the beginning. Now there are 4. Never waited this long at any bank. Still 5 people...
