I've been using these guys for 2 years now, LOVE what they've done for me. I'm getting Zegna custom made suits for half of what I was paying before. Cant beat that. Service is fabulous. I noticed the other comments posted by the two other guys who reviewd them, all I can say is if you had a bad experience call their main number, these guys will take care of you. Any time I've had the smallest issue they have responded immediately. Hope that helps.
WOW! I bought clothes that looked nice but now the stitching is falling apart. To make matters worse..the "guarantee" is not being honored by David Schottenstein (CEO). I have more to say but to summarize... do not buy from this company if you want to save 4 months of agony.
The company is run by a 23 year old kid whose employees do not even believe in the company. You would be much better served to use a traveling Hong Kong tailor who can make your suits and shirts better.
ALL their clothes are made in Hong Kong so the quality is subpar. I had taken my suit to a real tailor and he informed me that a comparable suit could have been made for half the price.
Be careful... Their customer service policy has been so bad that it has been previously reported to the Better Business Bureau!
I always wanted to own some great custom suits within my budget. I'm happy to say that Astor and Black has helped make my wish come true. The custom suits and shirts are phenomenal! My sales consultant, Patrick McMeans, always goes out of his way to accomodate my style and budget right in the comfort of my home or office. Wow, I have been so impressed with Astor and Black. I was referred to them by one of my clients because I desperately needed some new suits but always put it off - I hated to shop. I met with my rep and in an hour we took care of everything I needed for work as well as some casual clothing for my upcoming trips. Clothing came in and was perfect. Very impressed and highly recommend.
