On Thursday, October 20, 2011, I experienced the WORST customer service that I've ever endured at any establishment in my entire life -- no hyperbole -- at the Apothecary.

Forget the big chain pharmacys where your a number and they ask you to comeback in 3 hours for your prescription. When you walk thru the door of the apothecary your taking care of right away. I never wait more then 15 minutes for a prescription. The people are all nice and its nice to know the owners. The best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
