I ordered a Hunter 4 post alignment rack from this company in July of 2012. When I was inquiring about it, Eric, (the son) told me that I must hurry because he has another interested party. After sending my full payment to their Miami bank, I waited almost a month before calling. After that point, it was call after call. The rack finally arrived 3 months later. No wrapping for shipping...

Bought 4 machines from this guy. Had to wire transfer or wait for my check to clear figured they had been around a while and found no negative info on the web so I wire transfered $3400 to him. Got the first 2 machines 4 weeks after they were supposed to be here. The 2nd two a week or so later. 2 of the machines were not what I bought and would not work for me. The other machines didn't wok and...

Misinformed report

Doug called me and "begged" me to find him a manual for a 30 year old machine. I told him I had one but it was burried in a box in the warehouse and might take months to find.He insisted that he wanted to send me $20.00  for the manual and would wait until it was located.He immediately started threatening to call the FBI and report us for fraud if we did not send him the manual. I sent him back...

UNREASONABLE DEMANDS

Customer purchased a used machine for very low price and then turned around and wanted a new one for the price of a used machine.
Customer demanded every little part that would be included with a new machine from the factory.
Very nasty, loud and belligerent on the telephone.

After doing business with Allstate's Of America, I will say that I have never done business with such a crook in my life. The owner Bob Metzler will sell you a product that is over priced and not sent any items shown in the pictures he has on-line. Be aware this company is a huge rip-off and be sure to check out his rating on the Better Business Bureau!Doug
