First off, I have been a long time shopper at Frys and I know they are not know for amazing customer service due to their cut throat sales people but the cashiers and managers are really good......

The online reserve system is awful and doesn't work. I reserved a PS3 online (twice!) and even called to make sure the item was in stock. I got a confirmation the item was ready to be picked up....

watch out for this scam... frys will give you a promo code (if you sign up) the code is suppost tobe for huge savings on emailed items .so heres the scam when you check out u put your code in and then checkout ,only to find that the promo code DOES NOT WORK so they charge u FULL PRICE buyer beware..................................

I get depressed every time I go in Fry's lately. I use to look forward to the Friday ads. It's the same thing every week now.

They advertise good deals on DVD's and Blu-Ray's, but when I go in half the items are out of stock. The movie shelves are half bare.

They've shrunken down the movie and games sections to a third the size and replaced it all with "Seen on TV" crap.
