This company is not truthful. I called to have my water heater re-started. They accepted this simple request. Later in the day, two "technicians" show up stating that they need to change a valve and piping that has nothing to do with restarting the water heater. I called the company and they said it is their policy to do this. What a scam! Don't call this company if you want quality service.

Don't be fooled. These guys never showed up 2 days in a row. And after I called day 1 they said I was first on the list day 2. Day 2, called and now I'm 4th on the list. I just left and returned...
