Reasonable rent considering everything is included, utilities, cable, wifi, gym, pool. There are lots of activities organized by the residents like bowling, cards, bbq's etc. There is a movie theater, library and outside BBQ with a kitchen, pub, craft rooms and game rooms for all to enjoy.
