Overall I am impressed with the place. I love the staff they are phenomenal and I find I like some of the Vet Dr.s a great deal and some not so much but the staff is wonderful

Please do not leave your pet in the hands of this kennel! My mother's boxer was put down yesterday due to unexplained injuries while staying at Abrei kennels in Winston Salem, NC on vacation. The vet nor the staff would explain how he became emaciated and his back was so severely damaged(???) that he could not get his head down to his bowl to eat or drink and they did not contact my mother to...

Each time I've been in there, the reception staff was rude, both to myself and to reception staff at other animal hospitals (I heard a few of the ladies talking on the phone... *shudder*). I didn't feel like the veterinarian was listening to me or to my concerns; in fact, I told him I was concerned about scabs on my dog, and he said, "well since there aren't any right now we won't worry."...

Not Clean Citysearch

We took our cat here because it was close to where we used to live. Unfortunately it was very dirty and we did not return after our initial visit.

My cat and I headed to Abri Veterinary hospital for a Rabies shot and a Yearly checkup. As they do not take appointments, we just showed up. It only took about 10 minutes for us to see the vet.
