I placed an order for a funeral arrangement for one of my husbands childhood friend over the internet, i followed up with a call to confirm the delivery date, no human to answer phone, left message never got a return call. The funeral was at 11:00 on a Tuesday the flowers were surpose to be delivered Monday, I got a call at 10:30 Tuesday telling me their delivery van had broken down Monday and they were unable to deliver the flowers and they would deliver them Tuesday, I explained the funeral was in 30 minutes. I got no apology for their screw up and still have not received a credit for...

I placed and order for flowers to go to my wife at work,
they were delivered on time and she and i were pleased
with the arrangement that was sent ,I was unsure of what i wanted to send and said I would leave it up to the designer, the order total was 150.00 plus tax and delivery, I have to say GREAT Job. I will be using them for all my future orders. Thanks again!! for the Beautiful Arrangement.
